Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation:

Cancellation requests are accepted only if the product hasn’t been shipped.

If the cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund.

Tarodew reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with provided personal/financial details.

2. Refund:

All sales are considered final due to the perishable nature of our products.

You are eligible for a refund if the order has been canceled within the cut-off time, if the ordered product is out of stock and Tarodew is unable to produce/supply it, or if you received a damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds are subject to approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

Shipment returned due to an incorrect address.

No arrangements made for taking delivery.

Refusal to accept the product at the time of delivery for reasons other than damage.

Damage reported after 24 hours of receipt or quality issues reported after 3 days.

4. Refund and Exchange Policy:

You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

Eligibility for exchange/return: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges/returns are allowed for damaged/wrong items or if the product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

Refund process initiated after inspection; if approved, the amount credited to the original payment method.
